At ThinkWell-LiveWell LLC (“us”, “we” or “our”), we respect your privacy and we will protect your privacy just as we like our own to be protected.

This Privacy Policy tells you:

…when you access the Services at www.thinkwell-livewell.com or anywhere else (collectively, the “Services”).

You should read this Privacy Policy together with our Terms of Use. Any capitalized but undefined words in this Privacy Policy have the meanings that are assigned to them in the Terms of Use.

It is contractually required that you provide the Personal Information described in this Privacy Policy in order to use any of the Services. Our legal basis for collecting and processing your Personal Information is your explicit consent when accessing the Services and your contractual obligation. You may withdraw your consent to the processing of your Personal Information at any time by contacting us as described below.

We will never sell your Personal Information.

What information do we collect?

When you register to use the ThinkWell-LiveWell Services, we will receive your full name, date of birth, gender information, and email address. As you use the Services, the App will record your preferences and progress in your account.

We may also collect Personal Information automatically transmitted from your computer or device, including referring page information and your IP address.

You are the source of all Personal Information.

Do we use cookies?

We use cookies to help us collect certain information about your usage of the Services. Cookies also help us identify specific users so we can remember their preferences. Cookies are small text files that are stored on your computer or mobile device and made available to us.

We may use both our own cookies and those of Google and Stripe. You are encouraged to read Google and Stripe’s respective privacy policies.

Most web browsers and mobile devices allow you to disable cookies. Please note that disabling cookies may make it difficult to use all of the features of the Services.

How do we use your Personal Information?

The App uses some of your Personal Information to help customize the Services for you. We use your email address to communicate with you. We also use Personal Information to see the demographics of who is using the App. Finally, we use Personal Information to help us analyze usage of the Services and to help us improve and optimize the Services.

Do we disclose your Personal Information to anyone else?

We do not disclose your Personal Information to any third parties.

There are, however, extraordinary situations that could arise in which we might have to disclose some Personal Information. They are:

  • to comply with any legal requirements, including responding to claims, subpoenas, warrants, or court orders;
  • when we believe that doing so is necessary to prevent imminent bodily harm to a person; or
  • in case of a change in ownership of our business.

Are you able to modify or delete your Personal Information?

Yes. If at any time you need to update or modify your Personal Information, you can do so in the App. You may also delete, request a copy of, or transfer your Personal Information by contacting us at [email protected].

Google has state-of-the-art security features; for more information, see https://www.google.com/about/datacenters/inside/data-security/index.html.

Payment transactions are encrypted and your payment information is stored with our payment processor. We neither keep nor have access to your payment information.

You create a password when you set up your ThinkWell-LiveWell account. Your password is your responsibility. We recommend that you keep it secure, don’t share it, and change it frequently.

How does international data transfer work?

Personal Information that we collect from you may be transferred to, stored at, and processed by us and other third parties outside the country in which you reside, including, but not limited to the United States, where data protection and privacy regulations may not offer the same level of protection as in some other parts of the world. By using ThinkWell-LiveWell, you are agreeing to this transfer, storing, and processing.

We will only process your Personal Information in accordance with applicable data protection and privacy laws. We need certain personal information in order to provide you with access to the App and the Services. If you do not agree to our use of your Personal Information as outlined in this Privacy Policy, please do not use the ThinkWell-LiveWell Services.
